Track Your Order

Here's how to find your order status and tracking number.

1. Find Your Order Number

Your order number is in your order confirmation email (subject line: "Woof! Your BarkSeat order is confirmed"). It starts with # followed by digits.

2. Get Your Tracking Number

Once your order ships, you'll receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing one tracking number per package.

Bundles ship in multiple packages.

If you ordered a kit or multiple items, you'll receive a separate tracking number for each package — they may arrive on different days.

3. Track Your Package

Click the tracking link in your shipping email, or paste the tracking number into the carrier's website (UPS, USPS, FedEx, or Amazon Logistics depending on the package).

4. Estimated Delivery

  • Processing: 1-3 business days
  • Standard delivery: 7-14 business days from order date

Order Hasn't Arrived?

If your order is past the estimated delivery window:

  1. Check the tracking link for the latest status
  2. Look for delivery notifications at your shipping address
  3. Wait 1 additional business day — carriers occasionally mark packages "delivered" early
  4. Email us at hello@getbarkseat.com with your order number — we'll investigate immediately
