Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Shine the Light Request (California Civil Code §1798.83)

California residents may request once per calendar year a list of third parties with whom we shared personal information for direct marketing purposes in the prior year. Send requests to hello@getbarkseat.com with subject "Shine the Light Request".

How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@getbarkseat.com with:

• Your full name and email used for purchases
• The right you wish to exercise
• Sufficient detail for us to verify your identity

We will respond within 45 days as required by CCPA/CPRA.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We will require written proof of authorization and may require you to verify your identity directly.

Minors Under 16

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age without affirmative authorization. Parents or guardians may contact us to exercise rights on behalf of minors.
